Some estates allow visits at specific times of year to taste different finished wines from different grapes and vineyards. In 2015, and after many trials, Jocelyn Cambier eventually created a red Cotes du Rhone wine which truly expresses the land it comes from. Last February, he did the same thing for a Cotes du Rhone Villages red 2017. Tapwines.com hopes that in the near future, both of these wines will be available in 20 liter Keykegs. For now, enjoy the bottle or the BIB.

This is a fusion between two small wine houses (Mazet in French) to become Demazet from "Deux Mazets". It has become a major source of highly crafted wines whether coop-ed or single estates. Located at the border of Coteau d'Aix en Provence area, Demazet brings us top notch Cotes du Rhone Rose and Red, as well as Ventoux Rose, and Viognier.

Bodegas Valdepablo was born in 1928 in the fertile lands of Calatayud (Zaragoza), Spain, to become a great specialist in the elaboration of naturally flavored wines. After a century, passion, tradition and good work have been transmitted from generation to generation. Today, Bodegas Valdepablo has the widest range of top quality sangria, and vermouth.

From a Sicilian producer known for his top notch Marsala wines, comes this benchmark Nero d'Avola and Grillo (white varietal), pure fruit, no oak from excellent vineyards. Delicious fruit bombs, round and supple, with good minerals from this granite volcanic soils.

One of the best sources for well balanced, bold and rich varietal wines: stunning Sauvignon Blanc (King Crab), Chardonnay, Viognier, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines are an amazing choice for Wine By The Glass / Happy Hour Programs every customer will understand right away.

This small Coop has mastered the winemaking quality of their wines as well as the fizziness (Frizzante) that enhances them
They make two wines:
- Sparkling White Wine made of 90% Airen and 10% Sauvignon Blanc.
- Sparkling Rose wine made of 100% Tempranillo.

During my trips to Europe, I sometimes discover special, unique "Selection, Cuvee or Blend" wines from independent wine estates, which, once in a while, will give me the privilege of offering those wine in kegs in a very limited volume.

As of today, these wines are:

- IGP Terres du Midi, 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Rolle (Provence name for Vermentino).
Pale yellow straw in color, a very fragrant nose of white flowers, broom brush, honeysuckle, gardenia, white peach, apricot, citrus and tropical fruit tones wrapped in a vibrant medium body, combined with ripe acidity, and slightly salty mineral with sea air. Absolutely delightful!

- Beaujolais Villages Rouge, 100% Gamay:
Intense cherry color with purple/carmine hues, the nose expresses a complex blend of peony scents, cherry and touch of granite kind of minerals, in a deliciously juicy supple medium body with super smooth tanins, and a great feel of pleasure satisfaction.

- Beaujolais Blanc, 100% Chardonnay Unoaked (Very Rare!!):
A total rarity! This appellation only produces 1% of white for 99% red. Pale yellow in color, Super focused nose of white flowers, with hints of white peach, banana, pineapple, and citrus fruit. The body is medium to full body, the flavors coat your palate, long in the mouth, with an amazing freshness. A very rare yet very worthy discovery of a new facet of Chardonnay. Striking!

- IGP Pays d'Oc, 100% Syrah Rose:
This wine is a small unique CUVEE from a family estate located near the Costieres de Nimes area known to produce awesome Syrah based wines, because of is micro climate. This 100% Syrah Rose wine is pale pink in color (Provence style), due to a short maceration (6 to 8 hours) on the skins. It is then pressed and temperature controlled stainless steel vats fermented. 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, which gives it more body without taking away its crisp tone. Nose of nectarine, white peach, pomelo, medium body on the palate, with the same ripe and supple fruit flavors enhanced by a touch of minerality, finishing round and juicy.
